This bar was the baby of the 4th Melbourne lockdown… It is decadent and as a warning if you have any allergies, it is recommended to stay away from it! Because it is very naughty and is made with butter, cream and nuts! On the other hand if you don’t have any allergies, it is recommended to fully indulge into it!
In 62% dark chocolate from Ghana there is a layer of salted caramel, some crunchy pecan nuts and to finish it off a perfect well balanced crumble of sweet and savoury biscuit sablé (shortbread) made with almond meal!
