This 65% dark chocolate is made from scratch using only 3 ingredients, organic cocoa beans from Panama, organic raw sugar from Brazil and coffee beans from Karon Farm coffee in Gordon, Vic. As its name indicates it is an intense coffee/chocolate flavour not for the faint hearted! Ultimately if you find the bar too strong to devour you can grate it in 8oz of warm milk (heated to 65°C) and froth until creamy, it makes the perfect mocha! This is how we serve it at the shop.
