This is our twist of the traditional brioche like Hot Cross Buns.

The base is a shortbread made with Hot Cross buns spices & sultanas (contains wheat flour & dairy)
On the top the cross is made with caramel chocolate and 43% milk chocolate and is lined with roasted almond bits (contains dairy & nuts)
In between the base and the top we have pipped a layer of 62% dark chocolate ganache (contains dairy)
