This amazing small bar has been made from scratch in small batch of 3kg in our mini grinder
using only two ingredients, organic Chuncho cocoa beans from Peru and organic raw sugar.
Chuncho is a rare, ancient cacao varietal that is considered one of the world’s finest. Those beans have been handpicked, fermented and sun-dried at origin in La Convención province of the Cusco region, located in the southern sierra (“highlands”) of the Peruvian Andes. Farmers focus on organic, sustainable and fair-trade farming practices, to produce the highest-quality, fine-flavour cacao.
Those small beans carry an incredible delicate flavour of cherry and notes of flowers.
